The service I offer is in the form of intuitive guidance allowing the client to access their own healing ability. The tools I may use in a session are Breathwork, Intuitive energy work, empathic listening, shamanic journeying, soul retrieval. Astrology may also be incorporated where appropriate.Any of the above may involve childhood &/or past life regression work.
Guiding women towards a healthy, pain free menstrual cycle is another area in which I enjoy putting my energy..

My own major addiction was to adrenalin …yes, I certainly knew how to attract dramas into my life so that I received my fix of adrenalin ….exceedingly invigorating but not so good for my body especially my heart.

Part of my own healing story …. Loosing my identity as a wife, mother, property owner and professional Carer all within a few months threw me into a long 'dark night of the soul' period. During this time I had counselling, read heaps of self-help material. Nothing seemed to have a long term effect on my over active emotional state of being until I began sessions with a Breathwork practitioner. I discovered how to bring my knowing & feeling selves into balance. From which I found a whole new way of Being. Breathwork had such a profound effect on my life that I decided to train as Breathwork Practitioner so that I could share this modality with others.
Alongside of this I completed a year long contempory shamanic training during which I fully remembered my connections to the Natural world, now trusting in wisdom & knowledge that world has to share.
