Now settled near Auckland, Esther has traveled widely, through fifty-five countries, and gained an appreciation of many cultural lifestyles. Originally trained in Graphic Arts and Landscape Design, she then gave in to her lifelong interest in health, studying in New Zealand and abroad. As one of New Zealand's Registered Kinesiologists, Esther runs a successful practice that includes work as a Nutritional Consultant, Weight Loss Specialist and Feng Shui Consultant. She also enjoys teaching seminars, to pass on her skills to anyone who wants to learn how to improve their own life or that of others.
